Installation


WordPress Dashboard
  • Go to ‘Network Admin’ -> ‘Plugins’ -> ‘Add New’.
  • Click on ‘Upload Plugin’.
  • Upload ‘WordPress Multisite User Sync/Unsync’ plugin zip.
  • Activate ‘WordPress Multisite User Sync/Unsync’ plugin from Network.
FTP, SFTP, SCP etc…
  • Unzip ‘WordPress Multisite User Sync/Unsync’ plugin zip.
  • Upload the unzip plugin folder to your ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc…).
  • Activate ‘WordPress Multisite User Sync/Unsync’ plugin from Network.

Settings


  • Go to ‘Network Admin’-> ‘User Sync’ -> ‘Settings’
  • You will see ‘WordPress Multisite User Sync: Settings’ page
  • Auto Sync?: If you check ‘Auto Sync?’ then users will sync/unsync automatically and individual user sync option will disable.
  • Auto Sync Type: 1.Main site to sub sites:- It will sync/unsync main site users to sub sites automatically. 2.Sub sites to main site:- It will sync/unsync sub sites users to main site automatically.

Usage


Bulk Sync/Unsync: You can sync/unsync bulk users from one site to the other sites. Please follow the below steps.

  • Go to ‘Network Admin’-> ‘User Sync’ -> ‘Bulk Sync’
  • You will see ‘WordPress Multisite User Sync: Bulk Sync’ page
  • Select source site you want sync/unsync from
  • Add records per page
  • Click on ‘Filter’ button
  • You will see list of records
  • Select records you want sync/unsync
  • Select destination sites you want sync/unsync
  • Click on ‘Sync/Unsync’ button

Individual Sync/Unsync: You can sync/unsync individual users from one site to the other sites. Please follow the below steps.

  • Edit any user
  • You will see ‘WordPress Multisite User Sync’ section
  • Select destination sites you want sync/unsync
  • Click on ‘Sync/Unsync’ button
